Modern Moon Gates

The incredibly eclectic and avant-garde interior style of this house inspired us to create an equally bold outdoor space to compliment it. A cast concrete water feature spills into a 60 foot steel canal that bisects the garden. Two massive stainless steel walls with moon gates flank the canal and further divide the garden into four quadrants each with their own unique atmosphere and function. A meandering footpath links these quadrants and two bridges cross the canal. Strategically placed sculptures create points of intrigue and a fire pit at the rear of the garden makes for a cozy destination point.
